Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Saint Porter. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 30 days of receiving it.

To process your return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at help@saintporter.co.uk with your order number, contact information, and reason for return.
  • Pack the item in its original condition and packaging or similar packaging/tube to protect it during transit. Include the invoice or proof of purchase inside the package.
  • Ship the package to Saint Porter Returns, 6 Petergate, Stamford, PE9 2PJ. This is the only address we accept returns at. Any packages sent to other locations will not be processed.

Please note that picture frames are non-returnable as they are manufactured per order. If you have received a picture frame that has a fault, please email help@saintporter.co.uk.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 2-4 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
